Idiotic Delivery service

my order was sent in 2 parts. 1st delivery went well BUT 2nd delivery was (supposedly) left on a BENCH in the back lot of the facility. Never took it to lobby/reception desk. obviously it was NOT there when I went to look for it. DD is to blame

was very disappointed in the look of these diamonds not only were they scratched up one was actually cracked when looking with a gem loop. wouldn't recommend
