Other occasion to buy:Describe what?

Softer Breads Would Be Better

It's kinda trash. If you think about it, bamboo is kind of soft? And easy to, you know, scratch, and cut? So maybe not the best material to. Use a knife on? We got this for sour dough bread, doesn't work the best for that, might still be okay used on much softer breads.

I no longer have wonky slices of bread!

I love making bread, but slicing it always comes out wonky. This contraption helps keep the slices uniform. It is easy to set up and tucks away nicely when not in use. I like that it came with a knife. Very happy with my purchase.
