Garbage product, garbage support.

Bought this watch for my girlfriend for her birthday. Quit working 3 days after arrival. Have emailed Fossil 3 times. Nothing for support so far. Save your money and don't buy Fossil.

Fossil watch

I'm thinking that the watch is nice. One day I pick it up and it wasn't ticking. I'm still checking it out if that happens again. I'm returning the watch.

Cannot repair my watch:(

I’ve had this watch in blush since 2019. Today I noticed that the strap was frayed & tearing where it connects to the face. So I came online to look into replacement straps; only to find replacement straps in blush aren’t offered by Fossil. I’m disappointed, and wondering if I might have missed them?
