Never recieved my order

After my order wasn't shipped, I called several days to see why I have not received my order, I was told it was delayed but has been shipped I waited 3 more days and called again. I was told that it was on the way, but nothing happen so I call in another day I was told this time it has been canceled, and I was being refund cause nothing I had order was in stock, but I ordered everything was in stock, I checked before I submitted it, now I have a refund I wanted my order. You have never did me like this before very disappointed in Macy's I am always travel to the store in Memphis when I am at a convention 6 times a year. Dissatisfied customer I was really hurt.
