Not good Customer Services

Very bad Customer support , What customer service mention over chat did not accoumplish , I have asked to cancel my order as soon I have places couple of hours , it was not shipped yet , and they mention they will send an email with cancelation but now order is shipped today

Does not roll well

Used for the 1st time last week & what a struggle it was trying to wheel the suitcase around. Wouldnt go on short/flat carpet at hotel or in parking lot. I had to drag it everywhere.. Do Not waste your money unless you want use muscles to drag it
