They lied to me regarding shipping

They told me that you will receive it in two days. It has not even processed yet. It’s been 4 days. What a trashy service. When you need it the most, these guys fail you. 👎🏻

Canceled my order without alerting me

Incredibly awful service. After two weeks, I realized why hasn’t this come in yet? I didn’t see any email about cancellation. I had to log into my Macy’s account to find out that it said canceled now I’m scrambling to get another one because I’m leaving in a few days. Awful service. I’m blown away that they didn’t even notify me.
