Received returned product

Arrived in a boxed package but actual box was squashed and an obvious return as it still had gift wrap from a previous customer taped to it. The product wasn't even repackaged on the inside and toothbrush was rolling around uncovered. Not gifting this it's going back. Hoping the other one doesn't arrive like this! Where is Macy's Quality Control??

Love this!

My kid loves this and is excited to brush their teeth now. They love using the timer and brushing their own teeth now, it’s so cute! I love how the kidness and cuteness has motivated they to finally get on board with the routine or brushing. It’s a great set!!

My Child Enjoys This Toothbrush

My child has been using this toothbrush set for about 3 years now and doesn’t want to let it go. Recently, the toothbrush handle stopped working because water got into the battery compartment. I think the toothbrush is designed well but the battery cap may have been placed on backwards causing this issue. I reached out to customer service and they sent me a replacement set. I’m glad they were able to do this because I had just purchased replacement heads and it was just the battery compartment that was damaged. It was shipped quickly. Thank you so much for the replacement! Great customer service!

Super Soaker!!

My six-year-old was so excited to use his new toothbrush.! Because the toothbrush head has two vertical slits, water and toothpaste slips in and shoots out at the base of the toothbrush head all over him. Definitely a big bummer.
