Great features, but not durable

The first one I bought stopped working after a couple of months so I’m on my second one! Now this one has stopped working! I’m so frustrated! I really love the size and softness of this heating pad, but it is not very durable. I do not recommend this heating pad. 😕

Broken in Less Than 6 Months

It worked great while it lasted... less than 6 months. This is a poor quality product and will break with regular use.

Ah, MUCH better

When you get sciatica, everything hurts. A heating pad is helpful. A heating pad that is comfy, a good size, safe and reliable is essential. PureRelief helped make the recovery a bit better.

the best

excellent product, i’m shocked by the recent 1* reviews. i’ve had mine for about 18 months now and use it every day. works the same every time, heats up evenly and well, it’s super soft, and you can put it in the wash. the only time i’ve ever gotten the “F” is while unplugging the cord to put it in the wash; as soon as i plug it back in, it goes back to normal. if you’re seeing that, it probably isn’t plugged in to the pad all the way. i can’t recommend it enough. even if it breaks today i would have gotten my money’s worth and would buy a new one.
