Slow order processing time for luggage

I ordered a 30 inch drop bottom duffle bag on Nov 27',2025 and it Dec 8 and I have not received it yet. I am a retired logistics manager. I know service times for freighis is a unacceptable amount of time to pick. Pack and ship s parcel. Where the shipment and why so slow.

Duffle Bag

This bag broke on its first trip. I went to Colombia and when I came back I threw it in the garbage. I would not recommend this bag.

no way to get it in 6 business days

Maysys promised to deliver in 2 to 6 business days but in fact it scheduled to deliver in 10 business days. and no way to return purchase before it delivered. as I bought it for my trip and I ended it and planed to get it in 7 business days but I was mistaken, maysys doesn't keep its promises

Terrible fabric

I was only able to use this bag one time . On the return home from my trip I noticed that the bag was. Ripping from the top . Terrible material . It was a waste of money

Looks nice

I like it. I think my husband will like it. I just thought it was going to meet the criteria for traveling and I could put it overhead on a plane. Too big.
