Short Life Span

I love this product but unfortunately it does not last beyond 2 years (and that's a stretch even). I have had 3 of these since November 2021. The warranty is only for 1 year. . . the 1st died after the 1 year mark and I wasn't eligible for a replacement. The 2nd died just under a year and I was able to get a free replacement. Well, my 3rd just died and will be 2 years old in April. These are very expensive for such a short life span.

Disappointed

I really like it when it works, but there’s an issue with the cord when I put the brush in my hair and turn it. It shuts off. Very disappointing because it was so expensive.

I am very pleased with this purchase, and it definitely saves me a lot of time because I can both dry my hair and style it at the same time. I find it very easy to handle as it doesn’t weigh too much and it’s also easy to use. The different settings are simple to differentiate. I would definitely purchase this again!
