Sold on GreenPan!!!

I was introduced to this cookware after using it at an Airb&b. A dish I usually cooked in my pot at home always left a very stubborn ring I had to scrape off with a tool every time. The same dish cooked in a green pan pot . . . the stubborn ring SLID RIGHT OFF! I was sold on Green Pan!

Loving my Valencia Pro Ceramic Frypans

These pans are incredible. Follow what they say about not using spray non-stick and hand washing. But other than that, everything cooks wonderfully. Love, love, love these.

Great Option

I purchased the 12" skillet after reading America's Test Kitchen's recommendation. When that skillet worked well for me, I bought this set, which has not disappointed. The GreenPan skillets are heavy enough to feel solid, but light enough to flip food with a chronically sprained wrist. Nothing has stuck to any of them, so far. I have cooked with the same 12" and 10" cast iron skillets for more than 25 years. These GreenPan skillets won't replace them, but are a great option and clearly better for some dishes.
