Excellent small frying pan!

This is my third Greenpan Ceramic frying pan. The Valencia Pro Ceramic Nonstick 8" Frypan is a great little pan! I've found that it's perfect for eggs for one in the morning or for cooking one or two pieces of salmon. Following the directions to let it heat up, and adding a very small amount of oil or butter ensures that nothing will stick! In fact, I found that adding a little oil and then wiping it with paper towel is all that is necessary. Cleanup is super easy. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Would recommend; might need to buy larger skillet

Great quality. I wish at least one of the frying pans was just a bit larger. All of the shallow pans and frying pans are relatively the same size and honestly, you need at least one to just be a little bit larger.

Great Nonstick Frying Pan

I needed a new nonstick frying pan without teflon coating and my research led me to Greenpan. I've been very pleased with the performance and quality. It's lighter weight than my old Calphalon pans, heats evenly and has a handle that stay cool.
