Digital system confusing and glitchy

Have had one of these for a few years. Digital set-up is confusing, but I liked how it cooked. However, the digital system is now glitching and keeps turning off. So, we just bought a new one with dials instead, hoping for a better experience with this one.

Family Favorite!

The Griddler is a family favorite in my house. We use our Griddler almost every day! It’s a fast, convenient and cost-effective way to make healthy meals, literally, in minutes. I’ve made everything from grilled cheese, burgers and kabobs to bacon and eggs. And clean up is a breeze. The plates and drip tray are dishwasher safe. I wipe down the unit with a disinfecting wipe or damp paper towel and clean up is done! Easy, healthy and tasty food in minutes.

Excellent Mother’s Day Gift

Nice!

We've only used this twice, but so far, it works very well and is super easy to clean. Took off one star because using the buttons to navigate settings is not as clear and easy as one would like, but I'm sure we'll get used to it.

Replaced 45 year old cusinart griddler

Purchased this griddled as a replacement for cusinart griddler that was 45 years old and used several times a week. The new griddler has not disappointed and the electronic temperature control is nice in that you know the exact temperature of the grill.
