Love the features

I bought mine about 2 years ago. It is a dream. I don’t use my stove anymore. I am in love with this model. Everything I cook in this microwave oven comes out perfect.

not user friendly

this seems to do the things it is supposed to, but I’m really struggling with figuring out how to use it. its not intuitive and i wish it had more info. i spent like 20 minutes skimming the manual to try and figure out how to make toast in it. nothing anywhere online or in the booklet so i ended up winging it and i couldnt get my bread to toast. i think that ill be stuck doing trial and error a lot with this. ive had a toaster oven, an airfryer, and a microwave in the past and used them all no problem. so i didnt anticipate this would be a challenge to use. i really wish there was a guide or recipe booklet for basics on this thing so i could work from their. their e recipe booklet is v short and all stuff i wont cook and cant pull info from for reference.

On screen messages make the at first intimidating learning curve intuitive

It took me a few days to remove the child lock. I've never used an air fryer, but the screen messages make that simple and pan clean up is simple. As the manual says, microwaving causes a lot of moisture, which is easy to wipe off with a dish towel. MANY pluses. Butter melts with NO spatter. Brownies baked perfectly without having to wait eons for a huge full size oven to come to temperature. All my meals for 1 are SO much easier than waiting for a full size oven to come to temperature. There are a few more features I'm eager to try.

Disappointed with the results of oven, air fryer and grill

I am so disappointed with this Combi oven. I am having a very difficult time in getting my meat to brown or caramelize. I have tried the oven with absolutely no carramelization after the correct cooking time. Cooked chicken wings in air fryer, no luck there either, so I put the wings under the grill for 10 minutes and a tiny bit of brown was detected. Have no idea what I'm doing wrong but I'm very very sad. I hoped that I could use this oven as a smaller second to my full size.
