Bowed In The Center Cooking Surface

I received this skillet, with the lid, for Christmas and while it looks to be a lovely skillet, the one I have does not sit flat. When using oil or butter, the liquid disperses to the sides of the pan with the bowed center not lubricated. Disappointing since this is one of 10 Le Creuset pieces I own and it is rarely used. Based on other reviews of poor customer service, I won’t bother trying to return, why aggravate myself.

Delivery as stated

I am not happy with the promptness of delivery promised. After three business days, the item is not even packed for shipment and will not arrive in time for a gift. I won't be ordering from Macy's again.
