Good investment

The stockpot with strainer cover is excellent. I use it to cook pasta and the strainer cover stays locked in place with draining. I use a medium cook setting on an electric stove.

I love my new pot!

This really works! What a great way to cook and drain pasta. I only wish the pot was a bit bigger. One lb of penne fit, but its a bit small for 1lb (a whole box) of spaghetti.
