Start cooking with a good pot

Our daughter wanted this for her 21st birthday. Figured it will last forever so might as well get it now. She's named it Carla, and she and her roommate have made sourdough in it every week so far. It has a place of high honor in her cabinet, and I'm sure it will see her through decades of good cooking with friends and family

I love my Le Creuset Dutch Flame Dutch Oven!

I can't imagine not having this in my kitchen. It is a must-have! I use it frequently, and it performs well. The food always comes out just right and I like that I can use the pot in the oven and on the range. The flame color is such a classic, and it is easy to clean.
