Dull luster, not high-quality

I bought these Belle de Mer earrings online without seeing them in person at a Macys store. The lustre was dull and did not look like the photo. Also, the earring posts were very short and bent after only a week. I’m glad I purchased at a sale price.

Not as pictured

Not as pictured. They weren’t round pearls as shown, they were a funny dome shape. They looked cheap & I sent them back.

Wrong color

I received the wrong color. I asked for pink pearls and received white ones. The earrings came in a box loose with the backs off.
