sturdy with appreciated features

Love this luggage. It's more of a pale blue than grey. The weight feature is handy to avoid surprises at the airport and the zip-out lining keeps it clean. I recently returned from a trip to discover a mess in my luggage. No problem. The lining zipped out and went in the washer. Easy!

Lightweight, Roomy, & Secure

The package arrived in less than a week. The luggage is lightweight and easy to maneuver. The interior has more than enough room for my clothes and laptop/equipment. For security, I appreciate the lock.

Broke within the warranty and Delsey ghosted me

I bought luggage from Macys and it broke while I was in Paris within the warranty period. I immediately started the claims process. Unfortunately I had to buy another bag because I had three more stops on my trip before flying back to the US. I took pictures and a video and left the bag in Paris. There were a series of back and forth emails, each time asking for different information. I thought everything was going well but I didn't have one of the photo angles they requested so I shared the video. Mind you this was the third request for different information. They ghosted me and shut off all communication and that was 12 days ago. I believe that is how they operate, asking for more information to find an excuse to deny your claim. They didn't even give me the courtesy to answer my two emails asking if I was being denied. I will never buy a bag from them again.

Delsey Shadow 5.0 24 in spinner luggage

I got my 24 inch Delsey suitcase as a last minute buy when I discovered the one I had was too big for the airline. I was worried about it being too small, but it ended up being just right. I was able to get all of my outfits in it for the 6 days I was gone and my CPAP machine. The one I purchased was mauve with gold accents and I have to say the color far exceeded my expectations. The mauve is a nice deep mauve, and I didn't even catch that it came with gold accents. It rolls very smoothly too.

Perfect suitcase

Great price for quality luggage. Love the color. Used recently on a trip to Florida. Was traveling alone and found this suitcase to be easy to handle, sized just right and well made.
