Wish I could give 0 stars, looks like a gorgeous watch but wasn't delivered and customer service won't respond to my emails. Do not buy from Macys online.

Great beginner’s watch

Watch is fantastic. Happy with the product itself. However, just a warning to others: I ordered my watch at the store but it could not be picked up there and had to be shipped to me. Instead of a box, it was delivered in a Macy’s plastic bag resulting in the box being damaged/dented all over. This was supposed to be a gift for a family member. Disappointed with Macy’s about this and implementation should have been better. A bag is fine for clothes but not a watch.

Holds Time Perfectly

Perfect all around timepiece… dress or field. Others have reported this watch keeps terrible time, but I disagree. Over a week and only gained 15s. Upgraded the bracelet to the stainless Asteroid from Strapcode… much better than the stock one.
