Not as pleased as I thought I would be

I have had problems with the handle. When I grip the handle it sometimes flips to another setting. Also, the cord gets in the way when it rotates forward.

Not happy

This iron is too heavy it make a loud clicking noise, I was told it the pump and normal. It moves the fabric and take me twice as long to iron. My Rowenta of 15 years was far superior and I am quite disappointed in this model. Also the boots leaver is so difficult to press and when do press the boost you are changing the heat settings. 1 star wish I could give zero.

not worth it

there was not enough time to really try this out and then return it but I have used it many times now and it takes like 20 minutes to steam a dress. I usually just end up using my iron. also the hose falls all of the time and is very frustrating. I def would not recommend
