Arrived with a DEAD battery

This product was delivered NOT WORKING, battery dead! Why would you even send it if whoever processed the order could clearly see the second hand wasn't moving. SO disappointing since I specifically ordered it for an upcoming trip.

Wire bent

One week of wearing this and one of the metal side wires snagged and got bent. Now I can’t get the end of the watch loop to go through the bracket. It was beautiful at least…
