Pan for Life

Have had this pan for over a month and used daily. Has a perfect balance with the handle size. Heat retention and temperature control is unmatched. Well worth every penny! If properly cared for this pan will last a lifetime and further. Quality product!

Love everything but the handle

I tested 12" frying pans from several high end manufacturers. Only two, including Hestan did not warp and had very good heat distribution. My only complaint about Hestan is the handle. Although it looks beautiful, it's not very comfortable. Although it's not the worst offender, it could really be designed more ergonomically. It should not be flat, as that makes it cut into the hand.

A worthy investment.

It’s the most beautiful yet most efficient pan I have ever purchased. The purchase was definitely a risk for me as I have never invested this much on cookware, but the first thing I did was cook guanciale starting with a cold pan. It cooked so quick and rendered so perfectly. I will definitely be purchasing from this collection again. Every use from there on showed how much Hestan’s products’ functionality and craftsmanship make for a worthy investment.
