So far, so great!

I've only had this pot a couple of weeks, but this far I love it and have zero complaints. Nothing's sticks to it and it heats up fast! I love when a product works as it states.

Not as Advertised

This pan is supposed to work with induction cooktop - but water in it would not come to a boil. After 20 minutes I moved to one of my old pans. Very disappointed

GreenPan is Quality

Excellent quality. Cooks well (on my ceramic stovetop) and cleans up easily. Handles haven’t heated up. I am going to continue replacing my old cookware with GreenPan

Valencia pro 5qt pan

5qt ceramic Valencia pro was a nice size pan but DID NOT heat up on my Wolf induction stove. One inch of water was barely warming up after 15 minutes. I tried 2 different pans just to be sure it wasn’t a defective item. Box clearly indicates it’s induction compatible. My other Induction cookwares have not been a problems, in fact induction actually heat up faster than other stovetops.
