Pretty but leaks
It's beautiful and keeps my coffee warm for a long time. Only issue, & a big one, is that it leaks every time I pour. A third of the coffee ends up on the counter instead. I've never had this issue with other french presses. Really disappointed considering how much I spent on it.

Look Great BUT Poor Quality Control
I bought two of these, one for me and one to gift. I really like the double walled design. When I received them, I opened one and used it right away. During the very first use, the filter and plunger assembly broke apart. The threads on the plunger rod weren't made correctly and they won't hold the filter assembly to the rod. Trash. Saddened because I may have just bought junk, I figured I would open the second press I purchased to see if it suffered from the same problem. It did not. It had a completely different problem! The double walled carafe wasn't sealed properly and a small hole was visible on the outside/bottom. The air inside the carafe has to be fully sealed off for it to insulate. Trash x 2. So, I ended up combining the good parts from my 2 purchases to create 1 good press. The other will be returned. I will also think twice about buying from Zwilling/Macys in the future.
French press comes apart
Looks nice and worked decently with some grinds spilling through the sides and you do need to be careful when pouring otherwise spillover will occur. The previous are bearable and would have rate it at 3 stars, but just after a few months of use the press came apart and now it can’t be put back together. Avoid

French Press
I prefer a glass French press and the double wall will help the liquid stay warmer longer. The glasses are also double walled so they will not be hot to hold. Planning on giving as a gift.l
Stylish design, good function
I love the elegant and simplistic style of this product. It functions as it should and the double wall of both the press and glasses keep the coffee at a good temperature for a long time.
