Disappointed

Induction cooking - light weight is a plus but I continue to have problems with food sticking and temp control. Instructions state to not preheat but still having problems with control in cooking food that does not stick to the pan.

Not what I expected

bought these because I wanted something better to cook on instead of all those pans that release all these chemicals when heated, but boy was I in for a surprise. Everything sticks, everything burns. Your food literally has to swim in oil or butter to not stick. Then you have to monitor the heat, to high it’ll burn, too low it will not cook. I’ve read the instructions and followed directions over and over. Too late to return now.

Very Easy Clean Up and Good Looks too!

I LOVE the wonderful craftsmanship and especially the responsive nature of this nanobond pan on my Viking induction cook top; it provides superb heat control on pan surface. The ease of Clean up just became a lot faster too! I bought the butter melter pan first because the one I had did not work well on induction. I was so impressed with Hestan cookware the easy cleanup and the beautiful finish, I now own a new set of pans! I have mild arthritis in my hands and a the easy clean features of this cookware really cut down on the time I spend cleaning! I am very pleased!
