Nice toaster but received damaged

I opened box with toaster and off fell a little screw and one of the rubber pegs at bottom of toaster. Toaster appeared with small debris of dirt and like some oil on it. I think I received a used toaster. I will not keep it but I will return it.

Do not recommend.

I received a "used" item with parts missing and plastic pieces broken off and laying in the box it came in. Also, a shipping label that was crossed out and re-shipped to me.

It will do the job

Nice toaster with wide slots. I like the feature where it toasts the cut side of a bagel. The cut side gets toasted, but the back stays soft. Very nice feature. It's also light weight another bonus. The shipping took a while but anymore it seems like that's to be expected.

Had to return the first toaster

Because the top seam was open (manufacturer defect!). It took awhile for the hardware store to get another one.

Not Impressed

The Hamilton Beach Classic Stainless Steel 2 Slice Toaster was delivered in it's original box...not inside another box for protection. One side of box and toaster was pushed in (damaged). Also, the lever for lowing bread was broken.
