never worked!

don't waste your hard earned money on this product. It never worked from the start. i charged it properly and it has very specific instructions about that. it turned on but thats it. unfortunately i threw away the box so im not able to return it. total junk

Unbelieved that Macy’s sell products like this , I’td was broken with only 3 full uses .

This device is a must have! I luv mine!

Luuuuv it! I've only tried it 3 times and my skin looks noticeably smother and more youthful. I only learned about it a few weeks ago through a Macys ad, and all I can say is, better late than never! I tried it w/o water and It dried out my face. So water is key! Enjoy

Poor quality

Be aware!! This device can damage your skin if not used properly. After one use it made me a horrible mark on my face and noticed a painful muscle contraction. I am still in the healing process. It makes at annoying sound that is a torture!!! It also bothers any pet close by. I don’t recommend this product. It should be removed from the market.

LOVE this sexy looking Ultrasonic!!!

I was looking for an Ultrasonic with multiple functions and this checked all the boxes. It's slim, quiet, and love the silver body. Easy to charge and clean. LOVE it!!

Didn't last a week !!

worked great the first time. then it just suddenly stopped working, all I could hear was a non stopping beep sound. the beep went off after several attempts to turn it off. I charged it thinking it was just a low battery case. It never went on again. just a piece of junk. waste of money. I would not recommend this product.
