Amazingly Quick and Effective Steamer
This steamer works wonderfully and is so easy to use. I hate to iron, and, so I never take the time to do it. I felt bad going around wrinkled so I bought a smaller travel steamer from a different brand that wasn’t all that great. It was a pain and didn’t work well. When it was recalled for safety issues I decided to try out this steamer. I LOVE IT! It’s so easy I actually use it. It heats fast and removes wrinkles quickly. I place the garment on an hanger on an hook and hold it out as the steam blasts away the wrinkles! It also has an area that lifts up so you can press the area, which is perfect for a collar or a crease. I’d highly recommend this steamer.

Drench the clothes I am steaming
Very disappointed in the product and will be returning. The steamer shoots our water as it is steaming, getting the piece of clothing wet so it can't be used on any fabrics that are impacted by water.

Sad
I was very happy when I received the steamer, it was working well, but then when I tried to use for the second time, it didn’t turn on !!! I’ll have to return it… I am very sad..

Possible Hazard
Possible Hazard: Controls are on the same side of the device as the steam outlet. User can't see the steam on/off button or temperature indicator and control without looking towards or into the steam. I can't speak to performance or durability, since I did not use it on clothing.

More than adequate water tank
Very happy with this. It steams whether laying down or holding upright. Large steaming vents and a very large water tank. I steamed my entire queen mattress and several spots on my carpet plus two sets of pants and still had an inch of water in the tank. After steaming my mattress and the memory foam topper everything smelled so fresh.

Great
Easy to use and works exactly as expected. It heats up quickly, removes wrinkles efficiently, and fully meets my needs. I found that it works even better on slightly damp clothes. Using a separate steaming glove, which is not included with the product, also makes it easier and safer to smooth out wrinkles.
