Appears used and returned, box in bad shape

The delivery box itself was horribly smashed the steamer box inside that also damaged and the steamer shows use/wear.

Stop working after one use.

I brought this product a year ago and it work well upon the first use. After that it no longer works. Do not buy this product. Very disappointed, really wanted a steamer given I do not like to iron. I will be researching and trying another brand.

STOP WORKING

I bought this steamer in October 2025. We are now in February 2026, and the steamer just stopped working. Upon plugging in, the lights come on, but it does not turn on.

Disappointing

I find the steamer to be very heavy and awkward to use. The results are disappointing. I have to go over each section 5 or 6 times to get the slightest bit of smoothness from the fabric.
