Dissapointed

Loved the look of this necklace but rot broke after a month and a half. I was very disappointed after spending a lot of money. Would not recommend this!

DO NOT BUY

I bought this gold chain from Macy’s as a gift for my partner, and less than 24 hours after he wore it, it broke while he was lying in bed. It didn’t snag or get pulled, it simply fell off his neck. I called Macy’s, expecting a straightforward return or exchange. Instead, I was told they wouldn’t accept it. No resolution was offered, and we are stuck with a broken piece of jewelry that had barely been worn. For a store like Macy’s, I expected better quality and customer service. I won’t be purchasing jewelry from them again, and I suggest others be cautious, especially if you’re gifting something important.

Elegant Look

Very light weight yet elegant look . I like the design of the rope chain but it’s a hallow chain . The only thing is the gold purity doesn’t shine as it’s supposed to be . Recommend to buy warranty if you buy this rope chain.

Cheap necklace

The necklace is very cheap , poor quality, it broke within days of wearing it. Tried to return and they refused to take it back within 14 day policy.
