Great tough suitcase

I bought this suitcase for an upcoming trip and it worked great. It has nice features and storage capacity. I had no problem packing everything that I needed. Plus, the hardbody is tough so I didn't have to worry about rough handling.

Bought 2 of these!

I bought the silver color a year ago and it traveled with me all over Italy. So now I bought it the Navy one as well. Lightweight but sturdy. Great storage components inside as well.

Luggage arrived after I left for the trip

Can't say if the luggage is any good because it arrived a week late and after I had already left for the trip. I paid for expedited shipping to ensure it arrived on time. Very disappointed.

The handle button is in the wrong place

As you pull the bag along, the release button inadvertently gets pressed and the handle falls. Very inconvenient during a walk through the airport

Another faulty handle review

Like so many others. Faulty handle that doesnt stay up. Day one. Clearly a quality and design flaw. Have the carry on as well-that works as expected. The 25" is poor.
