Beware - seems that there is no warranty coverage

I bought this in May of last year. In March of this year, the handle broke off. I tried three times to make a warranty claim through the designated "Chat" online, but couldn't. I won't buy another Samsonite suitcase nor will I recommend the brand to anyone else.

Great product!

I love the carry-on but nowhere in the suitcase or box did it show me how to set the combination lock. I had to go on line to find the directions!

Great piece if lugggae

Spacious and sturdy. Happy with this purchase. One small complaint or suggestion is that inside you are able to zip one aide completely while the other one only has straps. Another zippered cover would help on that side

Like so much I now have 3 pieces

I have purchased the extra large size piece and the larger carryon size. My tour company this year had very strict luggage requirements so I bought the medium size piece. They are simple, straight-forward and highly functional. I'm very satisfied.

Great suitcase!
