Quality of Merchandise/Service

We went into the store to purchase this item, both were damaged so we decided to order online. Here it is Feb 1st and we had not received the order and only one email stating it will be delayed and delivered on January 9th. That did not happen nor was any additional communication received from Macy's. We finally requested a cancelation and after going through one of the worse AI encountered to get to a service person I think I have made my last purchase at Macy. I have purchased many items in the pass but no more.
