I liked this unit

I liked this unit when I used it in a hotel I was at and I bought it. I have not yet used the new one, however it seems to be missing 2 of the rubber pads that stabilize it on the counter.

Bummed

Although the coffee tastes great, the stainless steel piece is already falling off and I have just made my first cup. Also, the cover does not stay clipped in.

The Delivery Spoit only Worked for a Few Pots

This is the most poorly engineered coffee pot and dispenser I have ever seen!!!!!!! Do not buy it! It works at first and then a few mornings later, the dispenser mechanism either gets stuck or wobbles sideways. And NO, it is not because of gunk from the coffee. We cleaned and rinsed it several times but now it won’t work at all and we have to use a soup ladle to scoop out a cup of coffee!!!!
