broken

I gave this to my grandson for Christmas and the handle was broken. It could not push up or down and of course it is passed the return date. I will be calling the store. It is not a cheap present

Cute and struts bag needs more compartments

Nice big rolling duffle - downside is no separate compartments to split any of your clothes when packing. Aside from one shoe compartment it’s just one big bag and when you travel on plane all the organized packing you did - goes down the tubes since it All gets moved around.

Flimsy handle system.

The handle broke after using it for 2 trips, don't buy it! It wouldn't function (pull out of retraction). It seemed like a promising bag for roller duffel style travel, but I'm afraid it failed. I'm disappointed.
