Coco -Betaine makes hair fallout
PLEASE PLEASE bring back the old color shield shampoo with the old ingredients!! I loved the old color shield and when you changed ingredients and added the coco betaine, my hair immediately came out IN CHUNKS, only while shampooing. The old shampoo had no coco by-products and was amazing and never made my hair fallout.

Unpleasant scent
I purchased this shampoo while it was on offer and because I wanted one with colour protection, unfortunately I do find the smell unpleasant. The shampoo lathers well and I don’t doubt it will work well but I would not buy that particular range again. I much prefer the Hydrate range for the scent.

Shampoo Reformulated!
You reformulated the shampoo and didn't let customers know! It's a completely different shampoo not as good as the previous version. This was my favorite shampoo and you ruined it. Have the other products been reformulated as well? Is Christophe Robin still involved with the company since he sold it?

Why did you reformulate?
I hate when companies redesign a product and continue to use the same name. I really liked the shampoo and don’t understand why they reformulated it. Now I need to find another shampoo. This version is much more drying than the prior version. If you reformulate something, please use a different name. This is a completely different product.

Smells Great - hard to rinse
I love the smell of this shampoo, however because I colour my hair which also has a tendancy to get greasy and prone to dandruff, it is hard to rinse. It makes my hair have a residue build up. Resulting in having to use the Christophe Robin Anti-Dandruff Shampoo (which defeats the object when having coloured hair).
