The bottle literally doesn’t spray

The bottle literally doesn’t spray anything out of it. You can press down as hard as possible and nothing happens. I was sent a bottle with a defective cap or something. I’d love a refund because it’s kind of ridiculous. I thought this was some top shelf type stuff.
