Again collar separating at the stitch Very Poor

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent purchase of Tommy T-shirts from your store. This is the second time I have purchased these items, and on both occasions, I went on vacation before opening the package. Upon returning and opening the latest package, I noticed The stitching was coming apart at collar and arm pit. I understand that your policy may state that no refund or exchange is offered without the product, but given that this is the second time this specific issue has occurred, I am very disappointed with the quality of the product I received. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and let me know if there is anything that can be done to resolve this situation. Thank you for your time and I look forward to hearing from you.

Awkward fit

Washed before they were tried on, so not sure if they fit better before washing. The neck/collar is raised up. It seems like the body of the shirt may have shrunk (cold wash/low dry). Disappointing that they fit so bad.
