I didn’t received the described item

The add has an item specifications and description. Based on that description i ordered the item, but i receive the wrong item. I had called Macys twice and the problem has not resolve. The next step is to go to the California Department of Consumer Affairs because it is against the law to do false advertising and misrepresentation of a product
