Worst Luggage Ever
This luggage is so disappointing. Poorly made and cheap. Would not expect this from a London Fog product. I've used it three times and it has torn, handles broke and no longer expand, material has ripped along the back because, its filthy because there is no protective guard on the material, they do not stack and were supposed to, plastic wheels, two of the inside and outside pockets are installed backwards and you cannot use...ugh! Completely disappointed with the whole set. I had a luggage set that traveled with me weekly 10 out of 12 months a year for over 25 years and had just started to ware after all that time. Thats what led me to purchasing this set. Should have stayed with the old set. Shame on London Fog for such a poor quality item.
Excited to try luggage

Best travel suitcase
I have used 25” London Fog expandable spinner, actually I do have a collection. It is light weight, durable, easy to maneuver and I love the looks, spacious enough for a week travel. In my opinion they are the best.

London Fog 25 inch Suitcase
Oh, this suitcase was the worst! The handle would not go down on the very first flight! Such distress I had, and there was no Macys to stop in to state the difficulties. Plus I did not have the receipt. I would not recommend this luggage.
Dysfunctional Handle after 2 trips
The bag is so beautiful and the design is good but it is not durable. I bought it exactly a year ago. After 2 trips from US to Canada the long handle which we use to spin and push the bag could not be pulled out at all so I had to hand carry the whole weight of the bag. So disappointed. Now undergoing warranty claims but there is no local repair shop working for London Fog. Mailing back and forth will be a headache. It is worse than a regular no brand luggage bag I bought from a street market. Meanwhile I do not have a bag to use.
