Link broke

I purchased this pretty bracelet on the Macys website as a Christmas present for my daughter. Unfortunately, two months later one of the links broke. I have purchased jewelry from the Macys store before and I have never had a problem with the quality of any of the previous in store items. I am obviously disappointed with this one and wonder if it was fake.

Clasp broke within a few days

It's very pretty and the chain itself appears to be of nice quality and weight. Unfortunately, this very expensive bracelet's clasp failed within a few days of wearing it. This was a Christmas gift to my wife and it already broke without any wear or tear. It appears the spring inside the clasp broke so the clasp won't stay latched and the bracelet is unwearable.

Great Product

Clarins makes wonderful products, & this is one of them. I always use this twice daily. It’s a wonderful product & keeps your lips & around your mouth soft & no chapping. Everything Clarins makes is great. I recommend any product Clarins’ makes very highly.
