Bigger in size

I bought this for my brother’s b’day and he love it. It looks nice and expensive. The only problem is the size. He has very thin wrist and the watch is one size. Does anyone know how to make it adjustable? Can I do myself or do I have to take it somewhere? Help your sister out.
