Elegant Design with Incredible Cutting Performance

The Zwilling Pro Le Blanc 7‑inch Hollow Edge Slim Santoku Knife is an outstanding knife. It’s incredibly sharp right out of the box, feels perfectly balanced, and the slim Santoku blade glides through vegetables, meat, and herbs effortlessly. The hollow edge really helps prevent food from sticking. The white handle also looks beautiful and feels very comfortable in the hand. I’m extremely happy with this knife and absolutely love using it. Highly recommended!
