Weak clasp caused total loss

The very first time I wore this beautiful gift from my husband the clasp was so weak it kept opening and falling off. Unfortunately, I continued to wear it that day and discovered at the end of the day that it was no longer on my wrist. I only was able to wear it for one day! You have to do a better job, Macy's, with these clasps. There is truly no excuse. Very disappointing.
