Leaky bottle

I purchase this item last week and when I took off the plastic wrapper and opened the cap, everything leaked out of the bottle. A bit disappointing. Now i have to go back to Macy’s and ask for an exchange.

Gentle but effective

I find this cleanser effective but not so strong that it dries my skin out. Skin always feels soft and moisturised after use, never dry.
