I brought this on line. The color in the picture did not match the actual color. I went to the store to exchange but the clerk said that there in Store colors are limited so I returned item. I really liked this brand so was disappointed.

Great new lip color!

I bought this lip color last week and have worn it almost every day. The color stays for hours, it is creamy and “rouge” is a great color. Lancôme lip colors never disappoint. I love the juicy tubes and will add this to my list. I have fair skin, bling hair and pink undertones in my skin. It does not make my teeth look yellow.

I have ordered this color in the past and was very, very disappointed that the color was totally not the same as I lipstick I purchased in the past (and still have the lipstick). Please explain how and why this happened.
