Very Poor Delivery
Ordered this 10/11/25. The order is STILL processing! I can't even cancel it, there is no cancel option! Macy's you have GOT TO do better! I am NOT happy!
Good product
We bought this griddle to replace the exact same model that we bought more than 25 years ago, and only replaced that one because the non-stick coating may have been getting thin. This time we will be more thorough in how we wash it and expect it will last even longer. It is easy to use, easy to store and grills our pancakes or whatever evenly.

Presto Griddle Makes Cooking Easy
I am very happy with my new Presto Griddle. This is a replacement of a 30 year old griddle (also Presto) that I had that was slightly smaller and much improved drip tray and dial. I like this size better as it cooks more pancakes at a time and I also can throw a few sausages on there too as there is plenty of room. Everyone who entertains needs one of these! It is very versatile also as I have used as a food warmer for holiday events too. If you entertain regularly you need one of these!
Perfect for breakfast prep
This is my second griddle by this manufacturer. We were very happy with the first one and it lasted many years, but finally the non-stick wore off. We bought a second and hope it performs as well. It's a great size and works well. Love it for when family has brunch mornings.

I have had this for a few years. Hamburgers, pancakes …. I really cooks well. I’m very happy with it. But my drip pan broke. It just dropped out of the griddle. 😢

The Presto 07030 Griddle Jumbo Cool Touch is everything I could ask for! It was a Christmas gift for my husband and he absolutely loves it. It heats up just fine and cooks everything perfectly!!!!

By Far A Jumbo! Misleading!
It was time to update our electric griddle that we love. It’s a huge Presto square tilt & I couldn’t find one until after I ordered this one. I’m like no biggie this is supposedly “jumbo”. It’s by far “jumbo” tho. I’m very disappointed in the size. My old one I could get 9-12 pieces of bread/sandwiches for French toast or grilled cheese depending on the type of bread. Now I’m lucky to get 6 on this new one. This is how small it is! Other than the disappointing size it works great. I’d recommend as long as you’re a small family or just a couple who don’t need much room to cook on.

Great so far
Only used it once so far, but it worked beautifully! Only bummer is it indicates this shouldn't be used on a counter top which restricts it's flexibility in the kitchen. But it cooked quickly and was just what we wanted!
