Disappointed

I wanted to Love this. Bought for a gift. When arrived I found the material was permanently creased on both side pockets. Very stiff material. Even stuffing pockets with towels trying to smooth out bag does not help the look. Looks like it had been stuffed, bent & stored for a very long time. The bag looks used. I am familiar with waxed canvas but this bag falls short of expectations.Not happy with the look.
