Developed chip at botyom

This is not to my liking, 2nd tea Kepler, and now it’s rusted in the bottom, how terrible!

Arrived Rust

I was extremely disappointed when my Circleon hot water kettle arrived from Macy’s and it had rust inside right away. I opened it immediately and found rust inside, which was completely unacceptable. I’ve attached a photo as proof, and I expected far better quality from Macy’s.

Lovely, but large and taking the top off and pouring it isn't super ergonomic

Manufacturing defect :(

Would have been perfect were it not for a defect that led to brown discharge from something embedded in the inner base. Could not scour it away, had to return for a refund.

Excellent product

It is good for me to buy this tea kettle. The price I got is great. The tea kettle made the water boiling quickly. I hope it can last for years.

No whistle

Whistle never worked from the day I bought it. Can't get parts for it. Thankfully, my twelve year old beat out one still works perfectly.
