Nanobond Wok

The wok cooks very well and evenly! The handles get hot quickly so use an oven mitt or pan handler to hold on them. It is virtually non-stick if you use a little oil and get it up to the right temperature. As a suggestion, maybe have a long wooden handle instead of the two short side handles as they do in Chinese woks. It's easier to hold and cook with and won't get hot.

Best Dutch Ever

I was using my Dutch Oven to brown hamburger and was so amazed how the heat transferred all the way up the sides. I can't wait to make a roast in the oven with it.

Every time I cook something, I find myself reaching for this pot. I had been looking for something similar to a kazan for a long time, and this one turned out to be the perfect fit. I would buy another one, but it’s currently out of stock.

Lovely Dutch Oven

This pan is the perfect size for so many recipes. I have Le Creuset Dutch Ovens, but this beauty is now my favorite. I especially love the shape with the curved sides, and let’s face it, Hestan cookware is just beautiful.

This pan is insanely high quality and, while expensive, it's something you can literally leave to your kids in your will and will basically last forever.

Outstanding Piece and Get the Cleaner!

Wonderful cookware! Cooks fast if I need it to, and it performs better than the All Clad Copper Core in nearly every situation. I've learned over the years to buy single pieces at a time that match my cooking style (I hate storing and wrestling with pans I never use). IMPORTANT: I'm a skeptic when it comes to manufacturer's cleaning products. Cleaning the way I always have didn't quite give it the original shine. Their Hestan NanoBond Cleaner is OUTSTANDING. It honestly brought my pieces back to their BRAND NEW finish. The mint smell is also very lovely. Well done Hestan!
